    Returns Policy

    1. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

    1.1 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us directly through email (stoneathleticwear@gmail.com) or dm us directly on instagram.

    NB: 

    Please ensure that you dispatch your return with enough carriage for the item and that it is sent either tracked or signed for with proof of postage. Stone Athletic Wear are not responsible for and are not liable for, any items lost in transit.  All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.

     

    2. GENERAL INFORMATION

    2.1 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within seven days of receipt and in saleable, unworn, unsoiled condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange (availability dependent due to limited edition nature of the products).

    2.2 Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.stoneathleticwear.com, if you have purchased from a third party or retail partner then they must arrange your return or exchange.

    2.3 If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed, unworn and scent neutral.

    2.4 When returning items to Stone Athletic Wear, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

     

    3. EXCHANGES

    3.1 If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

    3.2 Due to the limited stock we are able to produce at this early stage of the business size and colours are very limited. Please triple check our size guide as we may not be able to offer an exchange.

     

    4. FAULTY GOODS

    4.1 Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.

    4.2 We check and quality check every product that we post, however from time-to-time transit faults can and do occur. If you believe your product has suffered in its transit to you please contact us.
